BSA and Diversity Committee co-sponsor event - The Success of African American Students in Independent Schools

Notes from the Distinguished Alumni Luncheon February 2006
“They challenged us to make the most of our opportunities. Both have been very successful – they are versatile and applied what they learned socially at GA. They have the comfort level to succeed in any work environment. We have to learn how to deal with racism and how to handle situations when they happen. We learned the significance of not only being our own representative but becoming the representative of an entire race.”
