GAEA

The Germantown Academy Environmental Action group works on devising hands-on ways to become involved with environmental concerns.

GAEA is a grass roots student organization that was started in the late 1980s through the initiative of several environmentally conscious and active GA students. The goal of the club is to involve interested students in activities that identify environmental issues, local or global, initiate and take part in school and community projects, and raise funds to support local or global projects.
