80s
 
Robert M. Keator '81 writes, "Just moved my family back to the Atlanta area. Just love this part of the country."  Robert is Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Benson Media, a company that specializes in marketing for Apartment Companies with 100-1500 communities.
 
James McGeehan '89 writes, "I just wanted to announce the birth of my children, Charles John and Delia Rose McGeehan. They were born on 1/19/2010.  Charlie was 6lbs 15oz and Delia was 6lbs 7oz.  My wife, Erin, and the babies are home and doing fantastic."

Kurt Mueller '93 writes, "Mason Gregory was born on Novemeber 18, 2009! My wife, Jennifer, and eldest son, Max, are thrilled with the new addition to our family. Everyone in the Mueller clan is doing well in Northern VA."

Graham Matthew Brown was born to Eve Sandler Brown ’96 and Nanthaniel Brown, and big brother, Trevor on January 17, 2010 at 8:49 am, weighed 8lbs. and was 21 inches long. 
 
Alison Fleisher Brandon '97 writes, "My husband, Marc Brandon, and I are the proud parents of Sierra Rose Brandon, born on September 4, 2009.  Our son, Asher Denali Brandon, joined in welcoming the newest addition to our family."
 
2000s
 
Evan A. Sultanik '01 is finishing up his doctoral work in computer science.  On February 18, 2010, during Drexel University's celebration of National Engineering Week, the Department of Computer Science awarded Evan the Outstanding Research Award for the "quality of [his] research and [his] potential to become [a] leader in the field."  Evan is currently working on his Ph.D. dissertation on "optimizing and organizing of complex distributed systems." Lauren Gillispie '04 writes, "I am thrilled to share the news of my engagement to Ed McCusker. We met as undergraduates at Villanova University and are planning an August 2011 wedding at the church on campus."
 
 
Ryan Ayers '05 is playing for the Fort Wayne Mad Hats of the National Basketball Development League.  He had a season-high 19 points in a Jan. 23 game at Iowa.  Read more about Ryan's post college basketball career.
 
Alicia Aemisegger '06 led her team to another Ivy League Championship this weekend.  She won the 400 I.M., 500 free, 1650 free and anchored many of Princenton's winning relays.  You can only swim 3 individual events at Division I, but she has qualified for 5 individual events at NCAA's.  She is the highest scoring  Ivy League swimmer ever!
 
Claire Crippen '07 was 2nd in the 400 I.M. at the ACC's and qualified for NCAA's. She also qualified for the 200 I.M. and 200 fly.
 
Caitlin DeFusco '07 and J. Leah Ray '09 were both in the same heat of the 60 at the Penn State Relays on January 9.  Although this web gallery is from Penn State, photo #7 shows Caitlin and J. Leah.  Caitlin runs for Penn State and J. Leah runs for Villanova.
 
Caitlin DeFusco '07 (far right) shined at the Indoor track and field meet at Penn State on February 27 as well. She was 3rd in the 200 in 23.67, which is a personal best for her and an NCAA provisional qualifying time. "To put this into perspective," says GA coach Judy Krouse,  "at the beginning of the season, she had an indoor best of 25:03. She was also part of the winning 4 x 400, in a Big 10 meet record of 3:35.38 (old record 3:37.70); her split was a smokin' 54 and change. The PSU women won the meet by 23 points and obviously Caitlin played a big role in that."
 
Teresa Crippen '08 won the 400 I.M. at SEC Championships where she qualified for 3 individual events and 2 relays at NCAA's.
 
Tim McCarty'08 has been named to the Centennial Conference Academic Honor Roll.  McCarty is majoring in economics at Johns Hopkins University with a minor in entrepreneurship and management and boasts a cumulative GPA of 4.00. To be named to the Centennial Conference Academic Honor Roll, a student-athlete must play in at least 50% of the team games and have a cumulative GPA of 3.40 or higher.
 
Katie Riefenstahl '08 qualified for the 200 free, 200 back and 100 back as well as 5 relays.
